52 Ways To Find A Way

A new book from local author Dennis McCurdy

Sturbridge, MA – The Adam Beck Publishing Company announces the release of 52 Ways To Find A Way by local author Dennis McCurdy. It is the second book by the Holland resident whose first book, Find A Way – A Guide For Getting The Most Out Of Life, was published in 2007.

52 Ways To Find A Way is a collection of short, insightful essays—one for each week of the year—that provides wisdom, inspiration, motivation, and “yes, an occasional kick in the butt,” said McCurdy.

“No one is immune from life’s challenges. Everyone, regardless of their level of success, will at some time battle old fears and negative self-talk. 52 Ways To Find A Way is a tool that helps people attain and sustain their goals, particularly when obstacles arise. These brief essays can help people keep on track and motivate them to take small steps each day towards improving their lives.”

McCurdy cites Arnold Schwarzenegger’s quote: The mind is the only limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100%. “This way of thinking is what helped make Arnold so successful. Getting your mind, your thinking right, keeps you right on your goals,” McCurdy added.

52 Ways is like a weekly motivational calendar. “People may use the book in order, starting at the beginning, moving from one thought, to the next. Or they can open the book and choose a random essay.  There is no right or wrong way to use the book.”

In recent years, many people have come to know Dennis, too, as a motivational speaker and personal coach through his dynamic six-week workshop, Find A Way. McCurdy believes everyone has within them the ability to live an extraordinary life. “There are no secrets to living a successful life, but there are basic principles you can use on your path to success,” McCurdy added. “Understanding those principles and learning how to take action is the premise of Find A Way.

“I want people to realize it is never too late to start changing your life. All you need to take is one first step to Find A Way,” added McCurdy.  For a schedule of upcoming workshops and free lectures, McCurdy encourages people to sign up for his motivational newsletter at www.find-away.com.

52 Ways To Find A Way by Dennis McCurdy is now available through https://www.Amazon.com and at www.find-away.com. The books are also available at The McCurdy Group office at 501 Main Street in Fiskdale. The price: $15.95.

Dennis McCurdy Featured Author On Worcester The City That Reads

Worcester/Sturbridge, MA – Many folks in Central Massachusetts know Dennis McCurdy as their insurance agent, their financial planner, or as a friend. In recent years, many people have come to know Dennis, too, as a motivational speaker and personal coach through his dynamic six-week workshop, Find A Way. Now, people are getting to know Dennis as an author.

All this month McCurdy can be seen as the featured author on the Charter TV3 television show, Worcester: The City That Reads with host Hank Stoltz. Stoltz will be discussing  McCurdy’s  book, Find A Way – A Guide For Getting The Most Out Of Life, published by Adam Beck Publishing.

“The book was a natural outgrowth of my Find A Way workshop series which I designed for those who want to uncover their dreams and goals and learn how to reach them,” said McCurdy. “Anyone can build the life they want. Anyone can have more success, more happiness, and develop persistence and purposeful achievement. The Find A Way book is a guide for changing your life.”

McCurdy believes everyone has within them the ability to live an extraordinary life. “There are no secrets to living a successful life, but there are basic principles you can use on your path to success,” McCurdy added. “Understanding those principles and learning how to take action is the premise of Find A Way.

Dennis McCurdy has culled this information for you through personal stories, examples, and the wisdom of others. “The book focuses on four areas: discovering what you really want out of life; developing a plan to reach your goals and dreams; understanding and overcoming your personal obstacles; and learning how to use the power of your subconscious mind.”

McCurdy’s interest in personal motivation and growth began over two decades. A voracious reader and student of life skills, McCurdy underwent intensive training with Tolly Burkan, the founder of the internationally famous Fire Walking Institute in California. Although Burkan is not a household name, some of his students are, including Anthony (Tony) Robbins, Edwene Gaines, Harv Eker, and Peggy Dylan.  Upon reviewing the manuscript, Burkan had this to say. “Dennis McCurdy’s Find A Way is a straightforward compilation of suggestions that will simplify your life and set you on the path toward success. The book has the feel of a friendly neighbor sharing the secrets that enabled him to win in life. This is an easy read that pays big dividends. I enjoyed it and highly recommend Find A Way to anyone seeking motivation.”

“I want people to realize it is never too late to start changing your life. All you need to take is one first step to Find A Way,” added McCurdy.
