In 1890 Horace Mann ran the following add in his local newspaper “Lost: Somewhere between sunrise and sunset, two golden hours, each set with sixty diamond minutes. No reward is offered for they are gone for ever”. Can you invest some of those minutes to change your life?
Workshop contents and process
Weekly workshop will begin with a talk on the workshop topic(s) of the week. The group will discuss a new topic and complete sections in the Find A Way workbook during the workshop and on your own. We will review the prior weeks subject matter and share our goals, successes and any potential road blocks as we Find A Way. Workshop starts promptly at 6:30 to 8:15 PM.

- RAS- Your Reticular Activation System, what is it, and how it works
- “Fear the Final Frontier” how your fears stop you from reaching for your dreams
- Imagination is it working for us or against us?
- Road Blocks and Hurdles

- Discuss the Power of Intention- Synchronistic
- Sabotage- self defeating behaviors and actions
- Habits: 2 types and how they help you or hinder you
Week 4
